Belle Vue Dog Racing Stadium
Belle Vue Dog Racing Stadium played host to the first ever greyhound race in England on July 24, 1926. More than 1,700 people watched the 440 yard race which was won by a greyhound named Mistley.
Belle Vue Dog Racing Stadium has a luxurious glass fronted grandstand and a four hundred seat restaurant, six licensed bars including a sports bar incorporating 21 televisions and two large screen projectors.
Belle Vue Dog Racing Stadium remains the property of the Greyhound Racing Association (GRA), one of the largest dog track operators in England.
